Storage of access data in server log files

This data is evaluated exclusively to ensure smooth operation of our Internet presence and to improve our offer and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person.
The data will not be associated with other data sources. The legal basis for this data collection is Art. 6 para. 1 point f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in data collection results from the aforementioned purposes.
Duration of storage by the hoster. The data stored by us/by the hoster is erased automatically after no more than 180 days of inactivity.
Use of cookies
Our Internet presence uses neither cookies nor any analysis or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or similar).
Use of SSL or TLS encryption
Our Internet presence uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect the transfer of confidential information. Encrypted connections are identified by the padlock symbol in your browser address bar and by the fact that the browser
address bar switches from “http://” to “https://”. Third parties are unable to access the data that you transfer to us when SSL or TLS encryption is active.

You have the right
Information
According to Art. 15 GDPR, you may request information about your personal data that is processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
Rectification
According to Art. 16 GDPR, you may request the rectification without undue delay of incorrect or the completion of your personal data stored by us.
Erasure
According to Art. 17 GDPR, you may request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Restriction of processing
In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you may request restriction of processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, it is sufficient to send us a simple email. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract transferred to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
Insofar as you request direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.
Complaint to a competent supervisory authority
The data subject has a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of violations of data protection law. Objection to marketing emails
I hereby object explicitly to the use of contact details published within the scope of the site notice obligations for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. I expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the sending of unsolicited marketing information, for instance in spam mails.
Amendments of the Privacy Policy
I reserve the right to change the aforementioned information on data protection at any time in compliance with the data protection regulations. This may take place to reflect legislative amendments or in the event of changes to the service and data processing. However, this applies only to the declaration on data processing. The changes will only be made with your consent if this is necessary or if components of the Privacy Policy contain provisions concerning the contractual relationship with you.
